Katja Mädler

Katja started her professional life in the fields of hotel and event management and has specialized in marketing & communication in recent years. She has already lived and worked in Stuttgart, Berlin and Cape Town, but she has now been loyal to the north for the longest time. Since 2012, she has been employed in the Marketing/Communications department at NPorts in Oldenburg, where she takes care of both external and internal communication measures.

Nele Stührmann

Nele has been part of our crew since 2018. She works in the HR department in Oldenburg and is primarily responsible for the topics of personnel development, career and family, and data protection. The sporty northern light studied in Oldenburg and has already written her bachelor thesis at NPorts, but here roots are in the district of Vechta. She loves Oldenburg, rides her bike in all weathers and enjoys exploring new countries.

Hellen Siems

Hellen has been working at our head office since mid-2022. She works in the Human Resources and Organisation department. Hellen works in Oldenburg, where she also studied, but feels at home in the nearby district of Ammerland. The horse lover enjoys being outdoors in the fresh air and in nature. When asked "Mountains or sea?", her answer is clearly "Sea!", because she really likes the north German coast.

Jantje Ziegeler

Jantje has always loved writing & photography. While studying to become a teacher, she wrote articles for the Nordwest-Zeitung and was enthusiastic about the thematic diversity of this job. After a traineeship and six years as an online editor, she switched to public relations. In April 2024, she joined NPorts as Communications Manager. The Oldenburg native feels right at home near the coast and is passionate about theatre.
